About the position

The Product Manager, Global Digital Health at Abbott will be responsible for developing a global 5-year roadmap and strategy for the NeuroSphere platform, which includes implantable devices for chronic pain and movement disorders. This role involves championing the digital health vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on product development and market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with field personnel, clinicians, and medical affairs to understand market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Own targeting and customer segmentation for the NeuroSphere platform.
  • Compile and socialize key insights and product implications.
  • Serve as the voice of the patient, clinician, and sales rep on development programs.
  • Construct business cases and ROI justification for new features and capabilities.
  • Support market research and lead commercial launches of new products.
  • Manage day-to-day operations alongside R&D, delivering on sprint plans and product roadmap.
  • Facilitate collaboration between regulatory and software teams.
  • Co-create compelling marketing claims and integrate them into approved materials.
  • Collaborate with downstream marketing to create launch plans and drive education on app features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or development in healthcare, medical devices, or digital products.
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills for business case development.
  • Ability to tell a user story clearly and persuasively.
  • Understanding of user experience and design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups, cross-functionally.
  • Strong aptitude for learning and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent use of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Comfortable with digital development tools like Jira, Product Board, and Figma.
