About the position

The Product Manager, Global Networking and Security at Brillio is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle of network and security engineering products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background to ensure successful delivery and management of these solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align products with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to retirement for all Network and Security Engineering products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and other technology services teams, to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Define test plans when introducing a new product or product feature, inclusive of desired outcomes.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on product status, performance, and strategic direction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for network and security products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on network and security products.
  • Strong understanding of network and security technologies, including firewalls, remote access, DLP, SIEM, CSPM, DSPM and cloud security.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex product lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
