The Growth Product Manager at Pickle will play a crucial role in optimizing the conversion funnel and enhancing the performance of the rental marketplace. This position requires a highly analytical and results-driven individual who can identify growth opportunities and collaborate with various teams to drive measurable outcomes. The role is pivotal in improving user experience and marketplace dynamics, making it an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketplaces and funnel conversion in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketplace dynamics that enhance both the user and lender experience.
  • Work with Product and Ops teams to implement solutions for supply/demand balancing and liquidity management.
  • Manage lender and renter behavior to improve acceptance rates and rental frequency.
  • Analyze and optimize the user journey to drive higher conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Identify, implement, and execute A/B tests to improve key metrics and measure results.
  • Act as a liaison between Ops, Growth, and Engineering teams to create scalable product solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights and track KPIs, sharing actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for continuous performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a Product role at a marketplace startup or similar.
  • Experience working with an app-based peer-to-peer or B2C platform.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL or Python and ability to identify insights in large datasets.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects with significant business impact, ideally focused on funnel conversion and marketplace optimization.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product and Operations teams.
  • A highly data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of A/B testing, user funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally, focusing on improving efficiency and user experience.
