Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans that increase brand identity and brand awareness of Inbrija & Ampyra supporting HCPs and Payers.
  • Own and create annual brand plans and strategies for patients, in coordination with the HCP and Payer plans.
  • Execute strategies and tactics including print, digital, and social media tactics for the brand, with programs that target patients in coordination with those addressed to HCPs and Payers.
  • Utilize market research to inform marketing programs.
  • Create promotional and non-promotional campaign marketing materials; work collaboratively with PRC (promotional review committee) for the approval of all materials.
  • Build effective working & cross-functional relationships with key internal customers (e.g., sales, medical, legal, regulatory, reimbursement).
  • Establish strong relationships and partnerships as allowed by regulations to advance the treatment of patient diseases in label scope.
  • Lead partnerships with all external vendors to ensure timely completion of marketing projects.
  • Partner with relevant functions to develop strategies and implement them to improve patient access to our medicines.
  • Assume budget accountability for assigned projects and proactively monitor costs against budget.
  • Develop and deliver presentations as needed to commercial management and other internal groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in science or business.
  • 2-3+ years experience in HCP product marketing in specialty pharma biotechnology industry or life sciences, or other complex disease state.
  • 1-2 years' recent experience in Parkinson's disease patient promotion.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to support and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with other departments as necessary to achieve business goals.
  • Negotiating skills, specifically with business partners or management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with promotional review committee (preferred).
  • Added experience in multiple sclerosis is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable with other neurology therapeutics is a plus.
