About the position

The Product Manager for Health Data Insights, Analytics & Intelligence will lead a team responsible for the design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing of healthcare products. This role requires industry knowledge of healthcare programs, particularly for ACO and Value-Based Care organizations, and involves organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. The position focuses on tracking customer success in patient outcomes and aligned healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and integrate external customer specifications as part of the product development division.
  • Suggest and justify product directions and specifications.
  • Specify, design, and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture.
  • Build new products and development tools.
  • Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.
  • Review integration and regression test plans created by QA.
  • Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing direction and support.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
  • 7 years of Product Management experience.
  • Healthcare/Health Management background required.
  • Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
  • US citizenship required due to alignment with work for the US Federal Government.
