About the position

The position involves leading a team responsible for the design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and marketing of healthcare products from conception to distribution. The role requires industry knowledge of healthcare programs, particularly in ACO and Value-Based Care organizations, and focuses on ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget while tracking customer success in patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate external customer specifications as part of the product development division.
• Suggest and justify product directions and specifications.
• Specify, design, and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture.
• Build new products and development tools.
• Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.
• Review integration and regression test plans created by QA.
• Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
• Provide direction and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
• 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Healthcare/Health Management background required.
• Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
