About the position

The Product Manager for Hill's Digital at Colgate-Palmolive will focus on enhancing the Pet ecosystem experience through data-driven business models. This role involves collaborating with the Hill's Pet Nutrition team to define product vision, develop features, and optimize innovation and collaboration within the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project management, strategic collaboration, performance measurement, and team development while ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hill's Pet Nutrition team to define product vision and develop features.
  • Lead project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables.
  • Work with product managers and technology teams to streamline features and build roadmaps.
  • Establish functional tagging for metric measurement and coordinate user tests.
  • Provide mentorship for direct reports' professional growth and manage communication for international implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar degree.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years as a Product Manager or equivalent.
  • Experience working on Agile/SCRUM development teams.
  • Experience with leading Digital Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Commerce Cloud, or VTEX.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Analytics and knowledge of Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
  • Skilled in web development and architecture with a focus on user-centric design.
  • Strong organizational abilities and self-motivation to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Clear interpersonal skills to communicate ideas efficiently to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining focus on business partnerships.
