About the position

The Product Manager I and II positions at Tri Counties Bank focus on supporting the design and implementation of product management and development plans that align with the Bank's strategic objectives. These roles involve collaboration across various departments to enhance product offerings, ensure customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other Product Managers and team members to research and develop new financial services products from concept to market delivery.
• Researches, recommends, and implements product enhancements and pricing changes based on customer needs and profit potential.
• Creates pricing materials, product matrices, and customer disclosures; analyzes product trends and prepares management presentations.
• Tracks and reports on product development plans to ensure alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Digital Channels, Training, Operations, and IT during all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Manages specific ad-hoc projects and initiatives as identified by the Product Management Group Manager.
• Maintains and develops strong working relationships with key business partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience for Product Manager I; 5+ years for Product Manager II.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred for Product Manager II.
• Experience in banking or financial services product management is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong business, analytical, and planning skills.
• Proficiency in all Windows applications.
