About the position

The Product Manager I and II positions at Tri Counties Bank are integral to the design and implementation of product management and development plans that align with the Bank's strategic objectives. The Product Manager I will support product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of assigned products, collaborating closely with various departments such as sales, marketing, and training to generate revenue, maximize profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves researching and developing new financial services products, implementing product enhancements, and managing documentation related to pricing and customer disclosures. The Product Manager I will also track product performance and report to management to ensure alignment with strategic goals. On the other hand, the Product Manager II will take on a more advanced role, responsible for defining product vision and managing the entire product lifecycle. This includes researching and developing new products, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Product Manager II will also prepare presentations for executive management and collaborate with various teams to support product delivery across digital channels and back-office operations. Both positions require strong project management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other Product Managers and team members to research and develop new financial services products from concept to market delivery.
  • Researches, recommends, and implements product enhancements and pricing changes based on customer needs and profit potential.
  • Creates pricing materials, product matrices, and customer disclosures; analyzes product trends and prepares management presentations.
  • Tracks and reports to management to ensure products support the Bank's strategic objectives.
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Digital Channels, Training, Operations, and IT throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manages specific ad-hoc projects and initiatives as identified by the Product Management Group Manager.
  • Maintains and develops relationships with key business partners.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of Product Management experience for Product Manager I; five or more years for Product Manager II.
  • Banking or financial services Product Management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred for Product Manager II.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Blend of strategic and tactical thinking, creative and analytical reasoning.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data-informed decision making.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in all Windows applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in digital banking or fintech products.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $50 for Product Manager I and $89,000 to $140,000 annually for Product Manager II.
