Change Tracking aims at detecting, collecting, and correlating all changes happening on Datadog customer's stack to help them find the root causes of Production issues. As a Product Manager for Change Tracking, you will be working with a team of talented engineers to provide the highest coverage of changes, code releases, etc., as well as Data Scientists to find the most probable root cause. Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Datadog customers' incidents, their deployment methodology, and their processes to remediate a problem.
  • Define and build the roadmap for the whole process of detecting changes and remediating when one of these changes causes an Incident.
  • Collaborate with other Product teams in Datadog to maintain and improve Datadog products correlation and help customers identify incidents root cause and navigate through telemetry faster.
  • Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, support teams, and your own engineering team, to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for Change Tracking features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (ideally working on a developer-focused SaaS product).
  • Experience or deep interest, understanding, and knowledge in software development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend ideas to technical stakeholders and executives alike.
  • Customer-focused with high quality standards for products.
  • Passionate to work in a high growth and impact environment to build new products and scale existing ones.
  • Eager to collaborate with other product teams to enrich Datadog user experience with Change Tracking data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in concepts of Data Science around correlations and automated remediation.
