Responsibilities

• Work with the leadership team, engineering team, and product team to develop and execute roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform.
• Listen to developer partners and customers to understand their needs and develop a strategic product roadmap.
• Foster values of ownership, compassion, commitment to learning, transparency, and integrity.
• Drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the market landscape for talent acquisition to develop differentiating products.
• Understand Eightfold's core technological strengths and integrate them into the products.
• Track industry trends and adapt product strategy accordingly.
• Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their market, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Product Management
• Demonstrated bias to action & an aptitude for rapid learning
• A passion for Eightfold's vision: The right career for everyone in the world
• Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback.
