About the position

The Product Manager II at ARUP Laboratories is responsible for shaping the future of the laboratory's public-facing websites, ensuring they meet the needs of laboratory staff, physicians, medical personnel, and researchers. This role involves product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify product gaps.
• Create buy-in for the product vision internally and with external partners.
• Define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with justification for features.
• Develop core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Work closely with engineering teams for timely delivery.
• Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing and executives.
• Perform product demos to customers as requested.
• Solicit customer feedback on products and services.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4 years of experience as a software Product Manager or in a related role.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing customer self-service web portals.
