About the position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and success of its digital risk and external threat monitoring capabilities. This role focuses on managing the product roadmap, aligning strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring criminal underground activities and a solid understanding of domain-based threats, aiming to help customers identify and mitigate external threats effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the roadmap for the Recon digital risk monitoring capability
• Manage the vision, strategy, and execution of the Recon product
• Support a unified monitoring and alerting capability
• Align the Recon roadmap with larger intelligence profiles and monitoring frameworks
• Drive outcomes for customers through effective workflows and integrations
• Champion products with customers and in the market
• Responsible for internal and external communication on CrowdStrike's Intel platform solutions
• Partner with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategy and messaging
• Engage with sales and support to champion recent releases and guide future product direction
• Connect with customers to gather product feedback and market needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience at enterprise-level software organizations
• Deep knowledge of digital risk monitoring capabilities
• Knowledge of criminal underground and dark web forums
• Experience with internal and external threat hunting workflows
• Experience building and supporting third-party systems integrations
• Track record of planning technology direction collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
• Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
• Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
