About the position

The Product Manager at Sciotex will lead the development and deployment of intelligent automation systems, focusing on industrial systems and software engineering. This role involves collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to create robust solutions that enhance efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations. The Product Manager will drive product strategies, ensure product-market fit, and optimize user experiences while managing system improvements for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps for AI-driven and traditional industrial automation systems.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to optimize systems and enhance product-market fit.
• Create and maintain frictionless user experiences at all levels of operator engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling market-fit content and support sales teams with demo presentations.
• Oversee product lifecycles and manage software and design changes.
• Conduct product demos for prospective customers and ensure ongoing customer success.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure products meet high standards of quality and functionality.
• Drive customer product fit and scale system adoption within large client organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on industrial systems or software engineering.
• Proven experience in driving product-market fit and user experience design in industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of software engineering and industrial engineering principles.
• Experience in UI/UX design to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, coordinating between sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Proven project management skills in resource-constrained environments.
