As a Product Manager Intern, you will tackle business challenges by deeply understanding the needs of individuals on the move, analyzing market trends, and aligning innovative solutions with real-world needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Research—you will support the shaping of product vision, roadmaps, and designs that advance our mission to support movement. Through research, data-driven insights, and creative problem-solving, you will develop impactful solutions that empower people to live their best active lives. We follow a flexible hybrid model that generally translates to around half your time on-site in our San Francisco office—roughly three days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team to conceptualize and refine product strategies, define roadmaps, and craft a clear, inspiring vision tailored to active communities.
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze quantitative research, and assess market trends to translate insights into well-defined product requirements and user stories that resonate with our customers.
  • Share key concepts, insights, and findings with internal stakeholders and leaders to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Develop engaging methods to communicate and champion insights across the organization, fostering a deeply informed, innovative, and user-centered product vision.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management OR in an active MBA program OR recently graduated from an MBA program.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable insights and effectively influence peers and leadership.
  • Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
  • Skilled in articulating product roadmaps, including use cases, requirements, and functional or technical specifications.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
