Responsibilities
- Develop and execute against a strategy to grow ChatGPT adoption and retention in international markets
- Collaborate with research teams to evaluate and improve multilingual model performance
- Ensure ChatGPT reflects cultural nuances and provides an exceptional experience for diverse users
- Lead efforts to establish scalable localization workflows
- Partner with go-to-market and partnerships teams to explore regional initiatives to lower barriers to access
- Use data to better understand user needs and guide future product development
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management or related industry experience
- Track record of driving international growth initiatives
- Experience adapting innovative technologies to meet the diverse needs of global audiences
- Highly analytical and scrappy
- Fluent in at least one language beyond English or have significant international experience
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and execution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
