About the position

The Product Manager Issuing role at Adyen focuses on scaling the Card Issuing product to enhance its maturity. The position is based in Chicago and involves collaboration with various product and functional teams to deliver a best-in-class issuing product for major global brands. The role emphasizes innovation in financial technology, particularly in card issuing and dispute management, while ensuring that products meet client expectations and integrate seamlessly into their systems.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering team to develop and scale card-issuing products.
• Drive the dispute management solution from MVP to USP.
• Perform in-depth analysis of Adyen's issuing solution and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and inform the product roadmap.
• Guide and grow teams working on the Issuing offering.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in product or adjacent functions within a fintech or financial services environment focused on Payments.
• Experience in Card Issuing and/or Dispute management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end transaction processing and ability to solve complex challenges.
• Hands-on project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into customer impact and understand diverse customer needs.
• Experience in launching and scaling transactional banking products with knowledge of major market infrastructure.
• Solid communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
