The IT Strategy and Portfolio (S&P) Product Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing the IT S&P services and technology platforms for our internal customers. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of our product platforms (Apptio Targetprocess, Atlassian Jira and MS Project) to make decisions supporting business objectives, as well as stakeholder input and market analysis. Additional duties of the role include: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the IT S&P strategy and roadmap, ensuring business and technology platform alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful strategy execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT teams, business units, finance, and external partners to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure adoption. Effectively communicate IT portfolio performance and value to stakeholders. Product Development: Lead the prioritization, development and enhancement of IT S&P services and platforms, ensuring they meet business demands and drive business value. Adoption and Change Management: Drive the adoption of technology platforms and tools, including training and support for end-users to ensure successful implementation and utilization. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the success of IT S&P services and technology platforms. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT S&P frameworks.
