Responsibilities

• Drive Product Discovery and Strategy by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to improve the web experience.
• Maintain a Problem-Driven Backlog by prioritizing based on user insights and business impact.
• Ensure customer-centric leadership by rooting product decisions in customer needs and usability.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback for data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are valuable and feasible.
• Lead post-launch analysis for continuous improvement of the web experience.
• Communicate the product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders and inspire teams.
• Own the Digital Brand Design System for consistency and usability across the web experience.
• Adjust plans based on market, customer, and business feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Three years of product management experience focusing on customer discovery and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of technology fundamentals and product development processes.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and iterative product design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with user testing tools.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional, medium-large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of or experience in the airline industry.
