About the position

The IT Product Manager at Holland America Line is responsible for collaborating with various business units to identify and gather requirements for automation solutions related to new API and AI platforms. This role involves managing the product roadmap, overseeing product development, and advocating for modern technology adoption within the organization. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather and define requirements for API and AI platform initiatives.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that enterprise APIs and AI solutions meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Present product updates and functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Promote the adoption of modern technology solutions across the organization and stay current with new emerging systems, products, and technologies.
• Uphold and promote the organization's core values and culture.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years in product management role
• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and technology adoption.
