About the position

Holland America Line is seeking an IT Product Manager to lead the development and management of API and AI platforms. This role involves collaborating with various business units to gather requirements, manage the product roadmap, and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather and define requirements for API and AI platform initiatives.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that enterprise APIs and AI solutions meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Present product updates and functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Promote the adoption of modern technology solutions across the organization and stay current with new emerging systems, products, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years in product management role
• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and technology adoption.
