About The Position
The Product Manager for Land Programs & Experiences is a shore side role focused on enhancing guest experiences through product development and strategic partnerships. This position involves curating and maintaining relationships with shore excursion operators and other stakeholders, while also developing long-term strategies to adapt to guest demands. The Manager will frequently travel onboard vessels to assess guest experiences and collaborate with various departments to ensure enriching programs are delivered.
