About the position

The Product Manager Lead - Partnerships & Experiences at PNC is responsible for creating and executing a partnerships strategy to enhance the value propositions of PNC's proprietary product line. This role involves originating a new business model, sourcing partners, and executing partnership activations to transform PNC's credit card business into a differentiated national issuer. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals and drive business, financial, and customer experience results.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a partnerships strategy to enhance PNC's proprietary product line.
• Originate a new business model including sourcing partners and designing mutual value exchange arrangements.
• Execute partnership activations such as shopping discounts, VIP access, and private events/experiences.
• Manage end-to-end business and financial results for complex products.
• Utilize technology, operations, and data analytics to offer differentiated product experiences.
• Monitor marketplace trends to identify market needs or opportunities for new products or enhancements.
• Develop product-specific marketing initiatives and support risk management and compliance needs.
• Coordinate across groups and lead key contributors to drive product success.

Requirements

• Experience in product management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in product delivery.
• Ability to assess and manage risks associated with business objectives.
