About the position

As a Product Manager Lead within PNC's Retail Deposits Debit Card Product Manager organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end business and financial results of complex products. This role involves the selection, design, development, and promotion of new and existing products, utilizing technology, operations, and data analytics to enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure product offerings align with strategic goals and market needs, while also managing compliance and risk management aspects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end business and financial results for complex products.
• Select, design, develop, and promote new and existing products.
• Utilize technology, operations, and data analytics to enhance product experience.
• Monitor marketplace trends to identify market needs or opportunities.
• Recommend innovative new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Manage the development, production, roll-out, pricing, and promotion of products.
• Partner with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, and digital channels.
• Develop product-specific marketing initiatives.
• Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
• Drive business, financial, and customer experience results.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree or Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product management and/or marketing.
• Background in debit or credit card products.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and emerging technologies.
