About the position

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our product line at eCard Systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our offerings meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals. As the first dedicated Product Manager/Leader, you will define and lead the product strategy for both digital and physical gift card offerings, collaborating directly with senior leadership and key clients like Square and Toast.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify market trends and business opportunities to position the product competitively.
• Engage with IT, sales, and marketing teams to gather product requirements and execute product plans.
• Define, analyze, and report product metrics to measure success and inform strategy.
• Assess the competitive landscape and deliver clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to build and enhance product offerings.
• Lead product launches, monitor performance, and drive product growth through innovative strategies.
• Provide product support for sales teams through training and marketing activities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in product management
• Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate with development teams
• Proven ability to create long-term strategic plans while driving short-term tactical execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong team player who can negotiate and work across departments
