About the position

The Loyalty Marketing Product Manager at Light & Wonder is responsible for supporting the Engage Product Manager in the positioning, launch, and introduction of Systems gaming products and related features. This role involves executing product direction and strategy based on market information, customer needs, and trends, ensuring timely product launches that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle planning and management for each product category.
  • Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans.
  • Conduct market mapping and opportunity discovery in collaboration with commercial leads.
  • Provide sales enablement support for the marketing team and act as a subject matter expert for pre-sales.
  • Review and maintain competitive product analysis.
  • Gather requirements directly from global customers and deliver software requirements to Engineering teams.
  • Support QA teams through testing phases and ensure proper training and handover to customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, or IT roles.
  • Previous experience in Casino Gaming is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
  • IT or Database Marketing experience supporting Loyalty Marketing Systems.
  • Strong cross-functional team building and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, project management, and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in gaming technology products.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
