About the position

The Loyalty Marketing Product Manager at Light & Wonder is responsible for supporting the Engage Product Manager in the positioning, launch, and introduction of Systems gaming products and related features. This role involves executing product direction and strategy based on market research and customer needs, ensuring timely product launches that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Support product lifecycle planning and management of each product category including the development of product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans.
  • Conduct market mapping and opportunity discovery, collaborating with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers.
  • Provide sales enablement support for the marketing team, acting as a subject matter expert for pre-sales activities.
  • Review and maintain competitive product analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Gather requirements directly from global customers and deliver software requirements to Engineering teams, supporting QA teams through testing phases and ensuring proper training and handover.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Product Management/Marketing/IT roles.
  • Previous experience in Casino Gaming is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON.
  • IT or Database Marketing experience supporting Loyalty Marketing Systems.
  • Strong cross-functional team building and collaboration skills.
  • Business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent planning, organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task, and meet established deadlines.
