The Product Manager for the Main App at NewsBreak is responsible for driving product strategy and execution to enhance user experience and engagement. Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities that improve user experience and drive growth metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, design, and execute impactful new features.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and other growth experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Manage and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy.
• Work closely with marketing, data analytics, and product engineering teams to deliver growth features.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in product management, ideally within a growth-focused role at a consumer technology or media company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation frameworks, and data analytics.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams; familiarity with app development cycles and agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, progress, and insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passionate about user experience with a proven track record of generating ideas that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
