The Product Manager, Market Development, Multiple Myeloma will support medical education strategies & execution to close knowledge and skill gaps associated with the Multiple Myeloma Portfolio of products. This role is crucial in ensuring that the marketing organization effectively communicates the value of the Multiple Myeloma portfolio to healthcare professionals and stakeholders. The Product Manager will be an integral partner within our Multiple Myeloma Marketing organization, collaborating significantly across our brand teams and commercial field teams. This position requires a strategic mindset to develop innovative tactics for peer-to-peer medical education, which is essential for advancing the Multiple Myeloma portfolio. The Product Manager will also support the development of enhanced medical education content, ensuring that it meets the needs of healthcare professionals and aligns with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves leading the copy approval process to gain necessary approvals on medical education content, as well as executing advisory boards and KOL steering committees to disseminate insights across various functions including Sales, US Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, and Multiple Myeloma Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategies and innovative tactics for peer-to-peer medical education to help advance the multiple myeloma portfolio.
  • Support development of enhanced medical education content for the Multiple Myeloma Portfolio.
  • Lead copy approval process to gain approval on medical education content.
  • Lead advisory board and KOL steering committee execution and support insight dissemination to multiple functions including Sales, US Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, and Multiple Myeloma Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple functions including Franchise Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Commercial Insights & Strategy, Medical Affairs, Copy Review Team, Health Care Compliance (HCC), Agency Partners, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Oncology Sales, sales leadership or medical education experience is preferred.
