About the position

The Product Analyst position at our leading Digital Media and Marketing Technology company is an exciting opportunity for ambitious and driven individuals with a background in product analysis or product management. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience working on marketing technology product innovation projects or initiatives, particularly in areas such as SEO, Social Media, User Acquisition, UX, and Customer Loyalty. This role is pivotal in collaborating with the Product Innovation Team to validate, develop, and test product ideas and new technology solutions that enhance our digital marketing capabilities across various platforms, including our SEO/Search, Social Media, and Programmatic marketing suite of products. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs, as well as assessing the performance of new products and gathering customer feedback. You will analyze market data to uncover opportunities for product innovation in media solutions and collaborate closely with the Product Development Team to integrate these market insights into the product development process. This position offers a unique chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and to be part of a highly innovative and visible team that is pioneering new products and platforms in the digital marketing space. Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Assess the performance of new products and gather customer feedback.
  • Analyze market data to uncover opportunities for product innovation in media solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to integrate market insights into the product development process.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Manager, preferably with digital marketing platforms or tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media advertising platforms, or SEO tools).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field.
  • Working knowledge of Product Management tools and methodologies including JIRA, Asana, Sprint, etc.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing to optimize marketing products and features is a plus.
  • Understanding of Data Science, AI, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to test hypotheses based on market data and user feedback, using results to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
  • Experience in UX (User Experience), customer loyalty programs, or customer experience (CX) testing/analysis related to marketing products or similar tech platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leveraging data science and/or AI in product development.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms beyond the basic requirements.
