About the position

The Product Manager for Marketing at Endologix will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing awareness and adoption of the DETOUR system among healthcare providers. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives, focusing on content development, sales support, and physician engagement, all while adhering to the strategic direction of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies and campaigns, including the creation of digital content, sales collateral, and promotional materials to support the growth of the DETOUR system.
  • Assist the sales team by developing and updating marketing tools, presentations, and resources that communicate the value of the DETOUR system.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to organize physician education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and conferences.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, competitive insights, and feedback from healthcare providers to inform ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities comply with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other events where the DETOUR system is featured.
  • Track and measure the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports to the Product Lead on key metrics and recommending adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in gathering and utilizing patient testimonials and case studies to create compelling marketing content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of medical device marketing experience or product development required (Master's may substitute for two years of experience).
  • Extensive knowledge of the medical device industry and company products.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation required.
  • Good clinical acumen and ability to conduct tabletop demonstrations and articulate technical attributes.
  • Experienced negotiator with the ability to prepare, edit, and execute necessary contracts and documents.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • Peripheral vascular or cardiovascular device experience desirable.
  • Prior clinical experience in OR or Cath lab desirable.
