About the position

The Product Manager at Evinova will lead the design and development of an innovative platform for deploying patient and site-facing technologies in clinical trials. This role is crucial for enhancing patient experience and outcomes through digital health solutions, working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality and efficient onboarding of new studies. The Product Manager will focus on defining metrics and reporting within the Unified Trial Solution, creating dashboards for self-service reporting, and building data sets for clinical data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the design and integration of insightful datasets and metrics into Unified Trial Solution.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define and obtain consensus on project requirements.
  • Establish success criteria for metrics related to specific capabilities and data modules.
  • Work with other Product Managers/Owners on backlog prioritization and sprint planning in an Agile environment.
  • Deliver recommendations for product backlog prioritization to maximize outcomes with minimal input.
  • Craft high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, and system rules.
  • Review and analyze business systems/processes and user needs, acting as a liaison between digital and IT teams.
  • Act as a change agent during the global rollout of new technologies, measuring success and embedding new tools into the business.
  • Provide leadership for day-to-day implementation of new tools and ensure shared learning within Evinova.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in a regulatory environment focused on healthcare data products.
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis, SQL, and data visualizations.
  • Experience in Agile product development lifecycle and user research methodology for complex enterprise web applications.
  • Strong communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to work with global teams.
  • Solid understanding of product roadmap management and backlog prioritization.
  • Experience creating concept flows, use cases, and functional modeling.
  • Ability to manage complex and changing priorities and work with remote engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Awareness of GCP, 21 CFR part 11, and relevant guidelines from FDA and EMA.
