About the position

Anyscale is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the Observability experience for the Anyscale Platform. This role focuses on building and scaling observability solutions for machine learning developers, impacting sales and enhancing the developer experience. The Product Manager will design the observability stack, collaborate with various teams, and tackle challenges in a high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape the observability stack, turning raw system signals and logs into insights for developers.
• Develop observability solutions for large data processing, distributed model training, online serving, and batch inference models.
• Collaborate with the ML Developer Experience team and Ray workload teams to deliver on the product vision.
• Experiment with insights from customers to enhance observability features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven company, focusing on observability.
• Strong understanding of observability and ability to translate it into actionable product strategies.
• Customer-centric approach to solving real-world pain points.
