About the position

As a Product Manager for OnCall Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an innovative IoT solution that empowers customers to manage and optimize their entire fleet. This solution encompasses a high-performance SaaS platform and a suite of embedded devices installed in assets and vehicles, providing real-time telemetry data feeds. Currently, as part of the Michelin group, we boast nearly 700,000 connected vehicles across Europe, North America, and Latin America. Our ambition is to become the leading global fleet management business, and we are actively expanding into new markets to achieve this goal. In this role, you will be responsible for customer-led solution design, which involves gaining a deep understanding of our users, customers, and prospects within the segment. This will require spending time with fleet operators and collaborating with other external-facing colleagues to gather insights. Based on this customer feedback, you will generate product ideas and prioritize them according to our company strategy and the market potential of the products. You will then translate these prioritized ideas into differentiated products by drafting comprehensive product specifications that will enable us to succeed in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will also include product management and delivery, where you will work closely with internal and external product owners, R&D leads, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery. Collaboration with MCF and SES colleagues will be essential to secure internal alignment for your product roadmap. You will oversee successful product launches by working alongside sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and other teams. Additionally, you will manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring their ongoing success and value delivery to clients post-launch. You will need to maintain a commercial awareness, focusing on the development of the business case and continuously tracking product metrics to assess performance. As the business owner for your product portfolio, you will manage Product Owner(s) and squads to drive efficiency and quality, while also developing critical relationships necessary for expanding our offer portfolio.
