The Product Manager, Onivyde is a key role on the Oncology Commercial Team and will report to the Senior Director, Onivyde Marketing. This position is responsible for supporting the creation and development of effective marketing operations and is fully accountable for delivering assigned initiatives with flawless execution. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in the Onivyde oncology marketing team, contributing to the creation of brand strategy and tactics that align with the company's goals. In this role, the Product Manager will lead the implementation of assigned initiatives, which include optimizing campaign materials, managing congress participation, sharing best practices with affiliates, and enhancing internal communications across a broad spectrum of the marketing mix. Utilizing excellent project management skills, the Product Manager will work closely with vendors to conceptualize, develop, and execute promotional materials and programs that engage key customers and differentiate Ipsen based on its strengths. The position requires creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking to enhance the customer experience while ensuring that the brand marketing spend on assigned projects is on target and spent efficiently. The Product Manager will also support the team in tracking and articulating market performance, trends, and developments to influence business strategy and identify future risks and opportunities. Additionally, the role involves optimizing the layout and format of presentations for key internal stakeholders to ensure that key messages are clear and resonate effectively. Collaboration is a significant aspect of this role, as the Product Manager will work cross-functionally with various teams, including Oncology field leadership, the Oncology Training team, Marketing, Key Accounts, Sales teams, and Business insights and data teams. This collaboration will support sales force execution, co-develop training plans, and ensure the successful execution of brand promotional development and performance management. The Product Manager will also be responsible for developing primary and secondary research plans to work with advanced analytics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and implementation of brand strategy.
