About the position

Amazon is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented project/program manager to lead tech integration within the Rural Last Mile Delivery sector. This role involves driving the integration of technology products into the Delivery Station network, overseeing user acceptance testing, product launches, and performance monitoring. The manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met while maintaining performance and budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Have end-to-end ownership of various products and related programs.
• Develop key KPIs to measure success of product/programs and own periodic status reporting to monitor performance of product/program goals.
• Work closely with Ops teams to influence global product roadmaps during OP1/OP2 to ensure rural delivery is represented during product roadmap design.
• Collaborate with product teams to define detailed test requirements and specifications, and validate various scenarios.
• Develop and oversee product launch plan by working closely with Product and Business teams. Implement post-launch product performance metrics. Drive adoption and expansion of the tech solutions.
• Own the resolution of day-to-day technical issues with sound product and process knowledge; identify innovative solutions for issue resolution.
• Support business/Ops teams to build business cases for problems/new-requirements and work with Product teams to prioritize them for implementation within Rural Delivery Network.
• Innovate on behalf of all Amazon customers (Carriers, Drivers and Internal Operators).

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
