About the position

The Product Manager for Oscillators and Jig Saw Blades at Stanley Black and Decker will be responsible for overseeing the product lines, managing the complete product lifecycle, and ensuring profitability through strategic planning. This hybrid role involves collaboration with various teams to capture consumer insights and translate them into actionable programs, while also maintaining awareness of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Become the product expert for Oscillator & Jig Saw product lines, including full product line responsibility and P&L management.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends to develop a deep understanding of the market and end-user needs.
• Work with End-Users & Consumer Insights Teams to translate the Voice of the Consumer into actionable programs.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle process from concept to delivery in collaboration with engineering and commercial teams.
• Support operations in the domestic manufacturing facility by solving problems and identifying growth requirements.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for pricing and gross margins management.
• Prepare for customer meetings, line reviews, and product trainings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and act as the point of contact for various departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams, presenting data in an organized manner.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or closely with a manufacturing plant is a nice to have.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.
