About the position

The Product Manager for Payment Operations at SpotOn is responsible for shaping the future of payment solutions in the hospitality space. This role involves creating a comprehensive product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance and security in payment products. The position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth through innovative payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and articulate a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the payment operations area.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new payment products and features.
• Utilize customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve the payments experience.
• Define clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with card brand regulations and security standards for payment products.
• Identify opportunities to expand merchant payment solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize data and metrics to make informed product decisions and optimize payment offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
• Strong understanding of operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Strong organization and execution capabilities, including leading initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
