About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Payments or Digital will play a crucial role in leading product initiatives within the organization. This remote position requires a strategic, analytical, and motivated individual who can manage technical, customer relations, and personnel aspects of major programs and projects. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver user-centered products and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
  • Support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products or digital platforms.
  • Document new high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, and determine ROI in collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • Communicate product vision and outcomes across the organization to ensure awareness and leverage support.
  • Engage with all areas of the organization to identify interdependencies and define user methodologies and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize new features, enhancements, or bug fixes based on user feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Ownership experience in Payments, Fintech, Financial Services, or Telecoms-Media-Technology industries; or 5+ years of user experience research focusing on interactive digital products.
  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments, including writing EPIC/User Stories and backlog management.
  • Strong abilities to document clear product requirements and an understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience researching and gathering feedback from target markets and users to determine product viability.
  • A strong foundation in user-centered design principles and knowledge of contemporary trends in web and application design.
  • Managing project financials from inception through to post-completion financial reviews.
  • Understanding of digital customer experience flows and technical flows between APIs.
  • Proven track record in managing initiatives and delivering high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and implement innovative ideas.
