About the position

As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creation and enhancement of consumer products, with a primary goal of achieving a 20% year-over-year revenue growth. This position requires you to act as a change agent, leveraging your merchandising and product expertise to drive innovation and experimentation across various sales channels. Your contributions will be essential in our ongoing mission to develop products that inspire hope and positively impact individuals from all walks of life. You will be part of the Consumer Products Team, where you will lead the development of new consumer products by harnessing your creative mindset and ability to think outside the box. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and refine innovative solutions that address customer needs. Establishing and applying filters to evaluate new product ideas will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all initiatives align with our business goals and customer expectations. In this role, you will serve as the company-wide ambassador for collecting, filtering, and championing new product ideas. You will drive continuous improvement and iteration of existing products to enhance the fan experience and meet revenue targets. Additionally, you will provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding product enhancements and potential opportunities. Your efforts will also focus on increasing experimentation within various sales channels, including Ramsey Café, Ramsey.com, and Amazon, to optimize product performance and customer engagement. Utilizing data and consumer feedback will be crucial in making informed decisions about product iterations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new consumer products by leveraging creative thinking.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate and refine innovative solutions to customer problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, with a strong merchandising or brand growth background.
  • Ability to manage expectations and work creatively with designers and stakeholders.
  • Experience with products focused on behavior change and a passion to create products centered around fans.
  • Proven track record of innovative thinking and the ability to drive change within an organization.
