About the position

As a Product Manager at Levi's, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the post-purchase and self-service consumer experience. This position involves defining and evolving the product roadmap, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving initiatives that align with consumer needs and business objectives. You will leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful eCommerce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for consumer-centric eCommerce experience.
  • Identify new opportunities in post-purchase and self-service areas and evaluate ROI.
  • Empathize with customers to identify pain points and develop solutions.
  • Use data analytics to inform decisions and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Lead ideation and product discovery using design thinking principles.
  • Drive large-scale cross-functional initiatives to support eCommerce growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop consumer-centric product ideas.
  • Articulate user stories and manage the product backlog effectively.
  • Measure post-delivery performance and optimize products for better customer experience.
  • Analyze site metrics and customer journeys for optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing digital/eCommerce experiences.
  • Passionate about building foundational and game-changing products in eCommerce and omnichannel space.
  • Understanding of A/B testing design and experimentation.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology concepts and implications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in building Post-Purchase, Self-Service or Omnichannel products for European or North American consumers.
