About the position

The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) organization is seeking a skilled individual to join the ProServe Contract Modernization team. This role involves designing, program-managing, and maintaining products that support ProServe sellers, delivery teams, and external customers. The position focuses on understanding customer-facing processes and creating solutions that deliver measurable results aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will engage in continuous learning and contribute to the development of innovative Generative AI products.

Responsibilities
