About The Position
The Product Manager for Process Optimization at Vanguard is responsible for leading digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product within the Institutional Investor Group. This role focuses on enhancing the client experience through collaboration with cross-functional teams, coaching product teams, and ensuring effective communication and outreach. The manager will define market needs, develop product features, and implement plans while employing qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve user experience. This position is part of a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three days a week.
