In this hybrid marketing role, the Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document goals and key performance indicators for each product and service in the portfolio. They will execute marketing strategies against established goals for return on investment and product health metrics. The manager will also be responsible for creating and managing content to support channel and product strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Monitoring key performance indicators throughout campaigns and product life cycles is essential, as is making necessary adjustments to strategy and customer targeting. The role includes ownership of product launches, sales enablement training, and external market promotions. The Product Manager will analyze data from marketing campaigns and coordinate with business intelligence teams to track performance. Regular reporting on campaign performance to senior management is expected, along with hosting sales training and discovery calls. The position requires a deep understanding of market research, trends, and competitive landscapes to formulate new marketing concepts and approaches for products and services. Participation in industry conferences and events to promote OptiFreight® Logistics' offerings is also a key responsibility.
