About the position

The Product Manager for Product and Channel Marketing at OptiFreight Logistics is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on both channel and product marketing. This hybrid role involves managing marketing strategies, analyzing market conditions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance product penetration and customer loyalty. The position requires coordination across functions to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, while also monitoring performance metrics to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and document goals and key performance indicators for products and services.
  • Manage and develop content to support channel and product strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators throughout campaigns and make necessary adjustments to strategy and customer targeting.
  • Own elements of product launches, including sales enablement, training, and external market promotions.
  • Support ongoing sales enablement trainings to ensure teams have necessary information for product commercialization.
  • Perform analyses of data from marketing campaigns and coordinate with business intelligence teams to track performance.
  • Report on marketing campaign performance during regular meetings with senior management.
  • Host sales training and discovery calls, managing ongoing meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Summarize and communicate key performance indicators, providing insights on performance.
  • Analyze market research and trends to formulate concepts for new marketing campaigns.
  • Develop understanding of competitive landscape and participate in industry events to promote products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-8 years' experience in related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with logistics, especially in healthcare, and knowledge of pharmacy operations.
  • Experience in channel development and marketing.
  • Experience supporting new product launches through commercialization and sales team enablement.
  • Ability to manage short and long-term priorities and projects independently.
  • Strong financial acumen and logical decision-making skills.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts for building business and marketing plans.
  • Ability to understand market trends and competitive positioning.
  • Proficient in mining research/data and interpreting findings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on creative solutions and strong internal partnerships.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
