About the position

The Product Manager for Professional Education at Johnson & Johnson will be responsible for executing professional education plans for ERLEADA®, ensuring optimal customer engagement. This role involves leading congress strategy, developing content for peer-to-peer engagements, and collaborating with medical education teams to create speaker bureau programming. The Product Manager will work closely with internal partners, field sales, and external vendors to effectively implement key commercial activities for ERLEADA®.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation to launch with field teams.
• Execute professional education plans across the prostate portfolio for optimal customer engagement.
• Partner with the PD to shape future educational plans for healthcare professionals through innovative content and digital approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales and Medical Affairs to execute key commercial activities effectively.
• Manage execution and oversight of key congresses and sponsorships.
• Collaborate on Professional Education initiatives such as Speakers Bureau and Advisory Boards.
• Oversee professional education metrics, budget, and measurement execution.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in marketing, sales, or commercial insight strategy.
• Experience with project management in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight and weekend travel.
