About the position

The Product Manager at Brillio will serve as a Product Owner within the Credit Administration group, responsible for developing and driving the end-to-end product roadmap for Credit Reporting platforms. This role emphasizes a strong product management background, particularly in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile methodologies, while focusing on data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and gaps, synthesize these into prioritized user stories, and oversee product delivery from inception to production.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop the end-to-end product roadmap for Credit Reporting platforms and products.
• Synthesize requirements from stakeholders into prioritized user stories.
• Approve features in alignment with acceptance criteria and provide feedback to the team.
• Participate in standard Scrum activities including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to define technology infrastructure and data architecture.
• Develop and translate high-level strategic vision into product roadmaps.
• Understand user needs and identify market opportunities to ideate solutions.
• Leverage data to unlock new experiences and features for clients.
• Evangelize products to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly in financial services systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional business systems initiatives/projects.
• Strong product management background with knowledge of Design Thinking and Lean UX.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL querying is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a quantitative discipline.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau.
