About the position

The Product Manager at National Carwash Solutions (NCS) plays a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams to develop and enhance innovative chemical solutions for the car wash industry. This position focuses on creating a differentiated product vision that maximizes profit and customer satisfaction while driving growth through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Leverage NCS Chemistry's consumer brands to create a differentiated brand and product strategy.
• Seek out and listen to Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to translate trends into business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the new product development process and execution.
• Develop and execute successful program solutions in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Drive strategies that maximize NCS - Chemistry's competitive advantage and market leadership.
• Manage the product lifecycle process including new product development, financial assessment, and product launch activities.
• Develop a product roadmap to guide technology transformation in the NCS - Chemistry product line.
• Support customer-facing teams to facilitate the presentation and sale of NCS Chemistry Solutions.
• Partner with the Marketing team to create sales aids and training materials.
• Assist with integration activities for future acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Operations, Finance, Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional product marketing, product management, or technical sales experience.
• Experience managing P&L and the NPD Process (Stage Gate).
• Ability to execute high-level program and pricing strategies.
• Technical understanding of chemical solutions and integrated wash systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong skills in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with product roadmap and project management software is a plus.
• Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely.
