About the position

As a Product Manager at EPS Learning, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle for a key product line or portfolio, focusing on K-12 literacy products. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, gather market-driven requirements, and prioritize impactful features. You will craft pricing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans, ensuring that products meet market needs and deliver strong results. This position is ideal for someone ready to make a measurable impact on the success of educational products.

Responsibilities

• Manage products through the full product life cycle, collaborating with curriculum experts, designers, project managers, engineers, and marketing teams.
• Own the PK-12 core and supplemental markets, understanding customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and decisions, gathering insights through interviews and customer visits.
• Communicate product vision and strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to product launch training and ongoing support with sales and marketing teams.
• Create and maintain product management protocols to ensure efficient project completion.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of previous product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or a related business field; master's degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the education supplemental curriculum market, pedagogy, and national standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Ability to work and collaborate in eastern and central time zones.
