About the position

The Product Manager at CDS Visual will be responsible for managing the complete product life cycle for a specific product line within the company's cloud-based visualization solutions. This role focuses on developing product strategies, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. The Product Manager will act as the voice of the customer, conducting research and analysis to inform product development and drive user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular user research and competitor analysis to uncover pain points, opportunities, and industry trends.
• Translate insights into actionable product strategies that support current and future customer bases.
• Lead the design and execution of user experience (UX) based on best practices and customer research.
• Build a rolling 12-month product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer expectations.
• Own the product roadmap and deliver a compelling vision for the platform by building product stories about features.
• Contribute towards internal and external roadmap execution, working with stakeholders and customers to understand workflows and product needs.
• Build intuitive functionalities based on data, market needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and execution.
• Communicate product vision effectively and navigate diverse perspectives to build consensus and drive outcomes.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to gauge product impact and user adoption, using data to inform future iterations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead all release processes and quality aspects, improving team release management rituals for consistency.
• Write and manage release notes for products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally in the B2B manufacturing space.
• Strong ownership and accountability in leading release processes and quality assurance.
• Experience with early-stage product launches and bringing new products to market is a major plus.
• UX design experience is essential for influencing product look and feel.
• Deep understanding of customer-centric product development and passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build rapport across teams.
